What lies ahead for Shiba Inu before the launch of Shibarium?

Many crypto projects, during the ongoing bear market, are focusing on development. Among them is Shiba Inu. The coin’s developers are planning the imminent launch of Shibarium. However, there is less talk about what needs to be done for it to come to fruition. So let’s take a look at the upcoming events.

Beta version of the Shibarium testnet, for public use

A public beta testnet of Shibarium is expected to be launched soon, by the end of the third quarter of 2022. As the Shiba Inu blog reads:

“Still on schedule for release at the end of the quarter or sometime shortly thereafter.”

The testnet here is the first and most important step in developing and verifying the usability of SHIB’s second layer.

SHIB developers get into the game

The launch of the testnet, so to speak, is intended to open a gateway through which developers can enter SHIB to begin their activities. By doing so, they will be encouraged to plan, create and launch new products. The popularization of this movement is expected to influence the spread of Shibarium’s usefulness to an increasingly wide audience.

Developers and delegates, will thus become software testers. They will check the network, report any bugs and problems encountered. Their feedback is undoubtedly awaited by the Shiba Inu team, which will focus on eliminating any indicated inconveniences before the final launch of Shibarium. That is, of course, if any arise. However, despite the developers’ commitment, their products will not be launched immediately, as this phase will still remain a test phase. However, those who choose to create in the testnet will be able to transfer their achievements to the official version of Shibarium over time.

“The initial public beta testnet will focus on the developer/delegate sector to enable a robust and ready network,” SHIB officials said.

Shibarium launch

Completion of the aforementioned two phases, will open the field for further developments. Based on these, the mainnet is to be improved after taking into account any comments from developers. The final launch of Shibarium here becomes only a matter of time. Nevertheless, the date of this major event is not yet known. There are many indications that Shiba Inu representatives will delay it until the results of the public tests are received.

Meanwhile, at the time of this writing, SHIB is trading just above the $0.00001 level. In doing so, it shows no clear signals, suggesting movement in either direction. For the moment, the market dynamics are set by Bitcoin, and it will probably determine the upcoming price changes of the dog coin.
